ABOUT THE ROLE

As a remote Repurchase Coordinator at Morley, you'll help arrange the return of vehicles that may be eligible for buyback between a major auto manufacturer and its customers. You'll manage cases and use your customer service skills to ensure the return process is as easy and hassle-free as possible for all parties involved.
While prior experience in banking, mortgages, accounting or an auto dealership is helpful, it's not required. We'll train you on everything you need to know to handle these transactions with confidence!
What You'll Do
- Ensure case accuracy
- Assemble case documentation
- Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer and lending institution
- Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Eligibility Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
Ability to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time. The later shift (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.) is worked on a rotational basis. (No weekends!)
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in banking, mortgages, accounting or an automotive dealership
- College degree
