About the Role

As a remote Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish. You are responsible for effectively pre-authorizing the replacement of warranty components, reviewing warranty claims and working closely with automotive dealers regarding the pre-approval program.

• Analyze trends and identify optimal procedures
• Work as a team to provide support to various stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service

Eligibility Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warranty administration and/or insurance claims
• Have an understanding of the automotive dealership environment
• Demonstrated analytical and process-oriented skills? 
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Nice to Have

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
