"Our client is seeking a Product and Growth Marketing Manager to join their team full time.This person will work closely with the Development, Marketing, and Product Teams on a daily basis.The Day to Day Responsibilities include knowing the product inside and out, building out consumer personas, segmentation, website alignment, and more.This role requires Google Analytics and/or Shopify expertise.Additional Responsibilities Owns beginning-to-end development for integrated product launch and ongoing management of customer lifecycle (lead gen, engagement, retention, and growth). Build deep and ongoing understanding of the competitors. Translate high-level business goals into product strategy with clear measurable objectives (KPIs) using a mix of marketing channels. Regularly measures ROI and integrated campaigns; works with Campaign Manager to pivot campaigns and channel mix as needed to continue to meet revenue needs. Optimizes and maintains existing collateral (and sales collateral) and identifies new content requirements to ensure compelling program/product content is up to date. Work closely with Campaign Manager to execute strategies and collaborate on optimization.Requirements- B2C / GTM experience- eCommerce- SaaS- Google Analytics or Shopify experienceNICE TO HAVES Experience in HubSpot Experience with ClickUp, Jira, and Qualtrics- Real Estate or General Contracting Industry Experience- Higher Education / eLearning Experience- Matoma experience1. FMLA has a one year waiting period from time of hire. 2. Short-term disability has a six month and the first day of the following month waiting period. Short-term disability covers 60% of your pay for either 4-6 weeks (6 weeks for c-section). For STD to kick-in, theres a 2-week waiting period that can be taken unpaid or by using PTO. 3.
