What You Do:

  • Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.

  • As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs

  • Manage project in a timely manner in adherence with ICON’s SOP’s, ICH, GCP and appropriate regulation and liaise with other department managers as necessary.

  • Evaluate RFPs / proposal budgets critically and understand industry cost drivers / costing algorithms.

  • Support client meetings as required

  • Develop successful working relationships with client / CRO*

  • Prepare / Approve Project Reports

  • Ensures all management / tracking systems are up to date

  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on project status, client satisfaction and staffing issues.

  • Participate in BD activities as appropriate

  • Ability and willingness to travel

  • Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international

  • Other duties as assigned

What you need?

5-7 years of experience in project management, critical thinking, project budget and analysis skills.

  • Ability to evaluate RFPs to identify critical issues or questions, while also working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintaining accuracy

  • Previous professional experience in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry with a focus in medical imaging

  • Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills

  • Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills

  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and remain highly motivated in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently in a dynamic environment

  • ·MS Office Suite
