In support of Marriott\'s overall mobile growth strategy, this role will partner with key product, design and engineering leaders across the organization to define and own the mobile app roadmap for experience personalization across core travel offerings and content strategies. Every new and current Bonvoy customer, across all loyalty tiers and types of travel, will benefit from this personalization. This role will develop and execute a data and user-driven strategy for providing our customers the ideal discovery, search, and reservation experience with an optimized balance between content, targeted offers, and personalization features. The SPM will lead a cross-functional agile product team to activate against each aspect of that roadmap and strategy across both iOS and Android. The person in this role will be comfortable leading and managing communication across the broader organization for all aspcts of the mobile roadmap that pertain to these commerce capabilities and experiences An ideal candidate will be a true data-driven digital product manager who relentlessly pushes to understand customer needs, balance user value with business value, and continually partner and prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment. He/she will be able to navigate both strategic and tactical business, design and engineering challenges seamlessly and will serve as a key partner across the broader Marriott organization with a diverse set of internal stakeholders. A successful candidate will bring a proven track record in mobile product management as well as demonstrated, successful delivery in an enterprise setting. Additionally, an ideal candidate will have an understanding of direct to consumer digital products, content merchandizing, personalization, a global growth mindset, a collaborative team spirit, and a passion for delivering amazing mobile experiences that consumers love.
