The Opportunity One Medical is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join its Finance Team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. In this role, you will own the cost of care forecasting and reporting and be responsible for providing support to the business through analytics and modeling. You are extremely proactive, motivated, well-organized, and have the ability to multitask while working with different stakeholders within the organization. What you'll likely work on: Own the cost of care expense planning and forecasting process Frame and break down complex problems into key components, analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights Perform core responsibilities around month-end financial close and forecasting Lead the development of executive-grade financial reporting; leverage financial systems to deliver monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting Create and maintain dashboards and other summary outputs for leadership teams Collaborate with key business units on forecasting, planning, and analysis Analyze business results, forecast to actual variances, and trends and communicate important takeaways and actionable insights, including identifying risks and opportunities Design, implement and track important metrics to measure performance against strategic goals, identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform and influence company strategy Partner with investor relations team on quarterly and annual earnings deliverables Develop constructive, collaborative relationships with business partners. Be the trusted business advisor for leaders Work closely with accounting to provide input on management reporting needs and to better understand actuals What you'll need: 4+ years of strategic finance, with a mix of corporate finance and/or investment banking at a high-growth startup or well-established company 1+ years experience managing a team directly Working knowledge of Adaptive, NetSuite, and Tableau or similar is required Healthcare experience highly preferred Highly quantitative and creative, passionate about using data to guide strategy Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving environment Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity and w
