1. Roles and Responsibility

Exceptional communication and analytical skills are must have for this role. As a business Analyst you are expected to have following skills

• Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications

• Using business analysis, flow charts, activity diagrams, document analysis, workflow analysis

• Interpreting business needs of a customer and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, figuring out opportunities and solution for a business

• Able to communicate the benefits of your recommendation across department and assist to address the uncertainty

• Collaborating proactively with internal and external customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements, delivering use cases, interfaces as when required

• Challenging the presumptions of business units on how they can execute their strategies successfully

• Producing written documents to support work, reports on findings to present to the stakeholders when necessary

• Using the natural language to develop requirements specifications

• Work with the project stakeholders and understand their requirements and translate them in technical way that can be consumed by developers

• Must be strong in decision making and can use formalized techniques like decision matrix which assist in making business appropriate decisions to provide top-notch quality to the clients

• Providing functional support during UAT phases

• Functional analysis of the UAT defects and recommend solutions, provide input to dev team for defects resolution
