Job Summary
The Strategic Accounts Equipment Installation Coordinator will be responsible for the execution and coordination for our division’s equipment installation projects. Additionally, the role will partner with our Patterson field teams to support project coordination, dispatch, and customer communication, ensuring all deliverable timelines are met or exceeded.

Act as the liaison between the local Patterson branch and the corporate customer for equipment projects
Work with branch personnel and SA Equipment Sales Managers to oversee the sales lifecycle of all assigned Strategic Account equipment sales. This includes generating estimates, coordinating equipment orders, inventory management, installation scheduling, invoicing, and post installation quality assurance
Provide accurate customer equipment quotes utilizing customer equipment pricing formularies and contracts
Maintain accurate discount pricing matrixes and equipment package configurations and pricing
Identify and resolve pending technical service or equipment field issues. This includes timelines, confirmations, and customer communication
Support the sales team by managing equipment and service projects
Following up with the manufacturers on lead times and product availability
Handle calls from the customer, from a corporate and local level, and acquires all information, assign and submit requests for scheduled service for repair calls and equipment installations
Process and follow up on equipment financing documentation to ensure it is completed according to protocol in a timely manner
Ensure branches follow any service and equipment requirements of Special Markets customers
Audit pricing on projects to ensure compliance with pricing matrix for selected customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business administration or project management or equivalent experience and 5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Comfort utilizing technology and automation tools.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management experience preferred
Related experience in dental industry knowledge is a plus

Physical Demands
Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday
May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment
Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing
Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendors
Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents
Environmental Factors
This position is primarily in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.
Travel and On-call
Some travel may be required.
