TEKsystems Remote Licensed Agent in Sunrise, Florida


Will be working with clients who have different plan benefits and offerings. All info is accessible to our colleagues and trained over 4 weeks for firm understanding of insurance, benefits, and clients and their plans.

  • Will be taking health benefit questions from large group employers (Life, health, dental, vision, long/short disability, voluntary supplemental (accident, casualty, hospital indemnity), etc – ) go through guiding shopping questions and help participants enroll them

  • Assisting clients’ customers or their employees calling in for support or assistance in enrolling in various plan offerings.

  • About 30-50 calls a day depending on business needs


Customer support, Call center, Insurance, life and health, 215, 240, 214, Customer service, open enrollment, sales, health insurance, licensed agent

o Must have their state license in both CA and FL

  • In order to interview they need to have their Life and health license in CA and FL

  • once they are offered the position they must apply to get the other licenses needed in the other states once they start getting on the phones. ( PA, IL, VA, NC & TX)


o 4 main components are schedule adherence, call quality, customer satisfaction surveys, and efficiencies.

100% remote.

Schedule: REMOTE, Operation Hours: 655am to 9pm EST --> Must have 50 wpbs or greater - ethernet

Must be able to work Saturdays depending on business needs, 8am to 5pm

Training will be 845am - 530pm, for 4 weeks -3 weeks in classroom, 1 week nesting

Candidates must sit within an Hour of Sunrise / Miami or Tampa, Dallas or Houston --> Will need to pick up equipment on site
