DAS Health Enterprise Account Manager - Remote in Tampa, Florida

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with  the firm’s top clients. This role will be primarily responsible for providing white glove customer experience, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue growth. As the face of the company, this strategic role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to build strong partnerships with clients. This role reports to the Senior Director of Account Management and will liaise closely with DAS senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure the success of the firm’s most important clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers with Enterprise-level clients. Serve as a main point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • Develop comprehensive account plans that align with both DAS Health and client goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.

  • Identify growth opportunities and create strategic initiatives to drive account expansion.

  • Conduct regular business reviews (virtually and in-person) with internal leadership and clients to review performance, identify areas of improvement, and present new product offerings.

  • Monitor client satisfaction, promptly address any concerns or issues, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

  • Own renewals, upsells, and support expansion opportunities, which includes spearheading pricing and contract negotiations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, sales activities, and customer interactions.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of DAS Health solution offerings and the competitive landscape to consistently meet or exceed account growth goals.

  • Other duties, as assigned.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a professional environment.

  • Minimum of 5 years of account management of enterprise-level organizations is required.

  • Prior or current healthcare experience is required.

  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of retaining client base and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong executive presence as well as exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation development skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.

  • Keen business acumen, including negotiation and problem-solving skills, and understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles and processes.

  • High energy with a growth mindset, unquestionable reliability, and follow-through, self-directed and organized.

  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
