Assistant Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation Consultant - Remote

EWINGS is seeking an Assistant Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation Consultant to support an established yet growing and evolving health plan in an enterprise-wide implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management tool (CLM), Icertis. This is a task based, hands-on role deeply involved in the health plan's efforts to digitize and modernize their contracts and associated processes.

Working closely with the Senior CLM Implementation Consultant and Vice President for Managed Care Operations, this consultant will support the development of governance and user training polices and processes supporting the new CLM tool, while sheparding the day-to-day management of the deployment. Location

100% Remote - based in the United States of America. A work location in the Central or Eastern Standard Time zone is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Hourly reimbursement starting at $65/hr. as a 1099.

Timeline

The target start date is between 4/1/24 and 4/15/2024. Interviews will take place imminently. This is a contract-based consultant role. The contract will be written for an initial period of six months. Based on the success of the consultant and the business need, this contract may be extended for one or more additional 6-month periods. Note for Applicants

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior CLM Implementation Consultant in the day-to-day administration of the CLM implementation

  • Support effective design sessions to capture and document client requirements

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of contract lifecycle management system (CLM), including drafting roadmaps, standard configurations, workflows, processes, and policies.

  • Assist in validating the data generated by the tool

  • Participate in product testing and gathering feedback

  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to continually improve CLM tool

  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit; Share expertise with others

Experience – Must Haves

  • 4+ years' experience defining CLM systems user acceptance and training, and defining support procedures in a healthcare provider/payer environment

  • 4+ years' experience in comprehending and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions within a healthcare provider/payer environment

  • 4+ years' experience with one or more CLM platforms within a healthcare provider/payer environment

  • 3+ years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions

  • Advanced experience with Excel

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders

Experience – Nice to Haves

  • Experience using Icertis

  • Experience in contract migration

  • Experience with AI processing of healthcare provider contracts

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields
