About our team:

We are a team of material handling technology order management professionals. Our team supports technology contracts, order processing, billing plan configuration, supplier management, and SaaS subscriptions.

About the position:

We’re looking for a Technology Services Contract Specialist who will work remotely to initiate, develop, evaluate, and implement contract projects. You will:

  • Resolve routine and complex customer requests, ensuring that all issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Support updates of the master agreement and T&Cs for iWAREHOUSE solution technologies and all new products
  • Route contract negotiations, revisions, and customer feedback during review process
  • Approve contracts for order release
  • Notify Solution and Support Centers (S&SCs) of upcoming contract expiration and order renewals
  • Coordinate the subscription renewal process
  • Upload, update, and maintain customer files with relevant contract information within contract management system
  • Update contract statuses (activation, cancellation, expiration, etc.) as necessary
  • Create S&SC communications on contract and process updates
  • Manage contract email communications with internal departments, S&SCs, and customers
  • Create and update process documentation as necessary
  • Maintain and develop strong, positive relationships

About you:

  • General business knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills (clear, concise) are required, in an effort to maximize efficiency and relationships, and to minimize the potential for rework
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and dependability

It would be great if you had:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business law or related field
  • General knowledge of contract structure and processes, typically obtained by working with contracts

About the schedule:

This is a fully remote position.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $58,500 - $70,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
