What You Will Do: Drive internal marketing strategy, from concept to execution and analysis, across multiple distribution channels including email, content marketing, training, events, webinars and thought leadership. Improve agent onboarding and retention as well as help increase overall productivity

.

What You Will Learn: In this role, you will be working with a team of ambitious and engaged professionals who bring fresh ideas and diverse perspectives to help us continually shake up the status quo and stay on the forefront of reinventing how we meet the needs of our 70,000+ licensed insurance agents in the U.S. and Canada and amplify the WFG brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead mid to large programs that include multi-faceted asset creation, with minimal supervision.

  • Facilitate all aspects of a project lifecycle, including briefing, schedule creation, resourcing, compliance review, delivery, and analysis.

  • Set production timelines and ensure materials meet brand and compliance standards as a key brand steward for all asset creation.

  • Communicate project deliverables, issues, risks and progress to core team and leadership.

  • Participate in strategic planning and the development of yearly marketing plans.

  • Lead and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to consult on best practices and strategies.

  • Proactively suggest and implement process improvement as issues or delays arise.

  • Manage agency, contractor, and vendor relationships.

  • Serve as a liaison to a field of licensed and prospective insurance professionals, soliciting ideas and feedback and summarizing findings for leadership.

  • Create automated email funnels and marketing assets to aid with agent onboarding and retention.

  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress throughout the project, ensuring timelines are met.

  • Manage project calendars; set priorities and provide cross-functional dashboards to ensure awareness of upcoming project deliverables.

  • Track and document project progress within workflow tool; establish new processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Eight years of marketing or related experience

  • Experience managing campaigns or other marketing projects

  • Communication skills to deliver/articulate information to internal and external stakeholders

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Organizational, project management and scheduling skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualification

  • Understanding of marketing technology software or platforms, specifically enterprise email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Knowledge of the financial services/insurance industry

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.*

The salary for this position generally ranges between $88,000 -$115,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 12.5% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
